- Floor plans, the typical floor plan and the master plan are reproduced from the brochure. Furniture is indicative. The developer may revise layouts, dimensions and specifications; please confirm the final approved drawings before making any decision.

- Area as advertised in the brochure. Please confirm the measurement basis with the developer. The brochure does not state whether figures are carpet, built-up or super built-up area. Under RERA, sale agreements must state carpet area.

- Unit numbers are those listed in the brochure for each plan type. They do not indicate that any unit is currently available. Please call or WhatsApp for current availability.
- Location information
- Nearby landmarks, distances and connectivity are as stated in the project brochure and have not been independently verified. The bridge to Gangolli is described in the brochure as proposed.
- RERA registration
- The Karnataka RERA registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1273/320/PR/130924/007012 is shown as printed in the brochure. You can look it up on the Karnataka RERA portal.
